I consider being invited to photograph your family, friends or children a privilege and the lifestyle sessions are some of the most pleasurable days I have as a photographer.

For those in front of the camera, however, they can be slightly nerve-wracking days and I never forget that. Nothing is rushed and I always allow plenty of time simply to get to know you as the very best images are made when everyone is at ease.

With younger children this can often mean photographing them at home where they can play in their own environment, with their own toys, should they need a break. Sometimes it's during these breaks that some of the very best pictures are taken!

For older children and adults we can go out on location, maybe a local park or place that means something special. Portrait sessions should be creative and fun and the end results should reflect that.

Pricing

I have a strict 'no surprises' policy so I'll make sure you know what everything is going to cost and exactly what you get for your money.

I appreciate that it's unrealistic to expect you to know exactly what you want and how to present them before you've seen the pictures so you don't have to decide the final elements until the proofing session, where we can go through all the pictures and take time making these final decisions.

I have spent a lot of time researching the products that I offer, to ensure they have exceptional quality. All the materials from the photographic paper and inks, to the framing and albums are of the highest grade and will offer long lasting quality and colour and be the priceless family keepsakes they are intended to be.

Session Fee: £80

I only book one session in a day, to ensure we don't rush and can accommodate for all the possible outcomes, young children getting hungry and sleepy to name a couple. We will arrange this after discussing the requirements and how many people will be involved. After the session we arrange a date for viewing the proofs and then can discuss the final presentation, from Slideshows, to individual framed prints or bespoke frames for multi images, acrylic and canvass options or hand mounted albums. All samples of mounts, frames and products are available to view and help to choose your final presentation.
